To Edit User details:
- Go to Administration > Trainees > User Management
- Use the Filters or Search to find your User.
- Select the drop down arrow to view additional user details
- Select the User by clicking the user bar
- Click on Edit Information
- Make any necessary changes
- Click on Update to save changes
- Select Assign Group(s)
- Make any necessary changes
- Click on Assign to save changes
From the top of your screen:
- Archive a User - this action does not permanently delete a user but only deactivates their account.
- Upload Training - to upload training records external to Human Focus training
- View Results - to view a User Training Results Report
- Print Card - to download and print user's training card
- Back - to go back to your user list
