Archiving users does not permanently delete their records; it prevents the user from logging in and their training records won't show on reports. You can Restore Users at any time.
To archive a user:
Go to Administration > Trainees > User Management
Click on the User you wish to Archive
Select Archive User
Click Yes to Archive the user. Click No to close the pop-up
To archive multiple users:
Go to Administration > Trainees > User Management
Select More Options
Select Archive Users
Select the Users you want to Archive
Select Archive
