Archiving users does not permanently delete their records; it prevents the user from logging in and their training records won't show on reports. You can Restore Users at any time.
To Archive multiple Users:
Go to Administration > Trainees > User Management
Select More Options
Select Archive Users
Select the Users you want to Archive
Select Archive
