To Edit User details:

Go to Administration > Trainees > User Management

Click on the User you wish to Edit

You will see User Details, Assigned User Group(s) and Uploaded Training

Click on Edit Information

Make any necessary changes. Click Update to save the changes

Select Assign Group(s)

Make any necessary changes.

  • Search for a User Group

  • Select the - group to remove the user from all User Groups. This will assign all courses to the user.

  • Click on Assign to save changes

Select Upload Training

Complete the form and upload the certificate

Click Upload to upload the training

Click on the arrow to view more details

From the top of the page:

Select Change Password - to change the users password

  • Select Use Default Password to change it to the default password. Please email info@humanfocus.co.uk to confirm your default password.

  • Add and Confirm the new password

  • Select Update Password to save your changes

Archive a User - this action does not permanently delete a user; it restricts their account so they cannot login.

Click Restore User to restore the users account

View Results - to view a User Training Results Report

Select Print Card to open the users Training Card in a new window

Back - to go back to your user list
