To upload certificates through Bulk Certificate Upload:

Select Bulk Certificate Upload on the Home Page of your account

Select Upload Certificates (AI Scan)

Read the instructions carefully

Select Browse File to choose the certificates you want to upload

- Choose to upload PDF or ZIP files with one or more certificates

Check the "I confirm that I have carefully read and understood the instructions"

Select Upload to load your file

- The system will process your file for approximately 24 hours - then the uploaded documents will need to be checked and verified.
