Go to Bulk Certificate Upload

Or Navigate from "Training Records Management" Page

Click on Upload Certificate (AI Scan) to upload your file.

Select Unverified Tab
​

Filter the table
​

Hover over a certificate to view it or click on the certificate to open the Verification Popup
​

Update the information using the menus and calendars
​

Click Update to save your changes
​

Click Verify to verify the certificate. This will also add it to the users Human Focus records.
​

Click Discard to discard the certificate
​

A new Verify Certificates in Bulk option is now available.

This option opens the Unverified Certificates grid, allowing users to make changes to multiple records and verify, update, or discard certificates in bulk as required.
