The Customise Reporting Dashboard feature allows Manager users to personalise the Reporting Dashboard for their organisation. Managers can choose which reports are displayed, rename report labels to match their organisation's terminology, and reorder reports to highlight those most frequently used.
This is an organisation-level feature. Once enabled, all changes made by a Manager user will be applied across the organisation and will be visible to all users with access to the Reporting Dashboard.
Accessing the Customise Reporting Dashboard
To customise the Reporting Dashboard:
Navigate to Administration > Trainees > Preferences.
Select Customise Reporting Dashboard.
The Customise Reporting Dashboard page will display all reports available to your organisation.
From this page, you can manage the visibility, display name and order of your reports.

Select the report you wish to rename.
Enter a new display name in the Report Label field.
Save your changes.
The updated report name will be displayed to all users within your organisation who have access to the Reporting Dashboard.
Reorder Reports
Managers can change the order in which reports appear on the Reporting Dashboard, making frequently used reports easier to access.
To reorder reports
Open the Customise Reporting Dashboard page.
Drag and drop the report cards into the preferred order.
Click Save to apply your changes.
The new report order will be displayed to all users within the organisation.
If you wish to restore the original layout, select Default Order to return the reports to their default sequence.

The following settings are saved at organisation level:
Once saved, the updated configuration is automatically applied to all users within the organisation who have access to the Reporting Dashboard.
Important Information
This feature is available only when Customise Reporting Dashboard has been enabled for your organisation.
Only Manager users can customise the Reporting Dashboard.
All changes are applied at organisation level and are shared with all users who have Reporting Dashboard access.
Hidden reports can be re-enabled at any time.
Custom report labels only affect how report names are displayed within your organisation and do not change the report's functionality.
Selecting Default Order restores the original report order without affecting report visibility or custom labels.
