Reporting Dashboard – New Look

The Reporting Dashboard has been redesigned with a modern, card-based interface, making it easier to browse and access your organisation's reports. Each available report is displayed as an individual card, providing a cleaner and more intuitive user experience.

This new Reporting Dashboard is available as an organisation-level feature. Once enabled, all users with access to the Reporting Dashboard will see the updated layout

Accessing the Reporting Dashboard

To access the Reporting Dashboard:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. From the main menu, select Reporting Dashboard.

  3. The Reporting Dashboard will display all reports available to you as individual report cards.

  4. Select the required report by clicking its corresponding card.

Finding a Report

A search box is available at the top of the Reporting Dashboard, allowing you to quickly locate a report.

To search for a report:

  1. Enter the report name or part of the report name in the Search field.

  2. The list of report cards will automatically filter to display matching results.

  3. Select the required report card to open the report.

The Reporting Dashboard can be personalised to display the information that matters most to you. You can customise the dashboard by:

  • Showing or hiding dashboard widgets

  • Rearranging widgets to suit your preferred layout

  • Resetting the dashboard to the default layout at any time

Customising your dashboard allows you to create a personalised view while keeping all reporting data easily accessible.

  • The new Reporting Dashboard is available only if it has been enabled for your organisation.

  • The reports displayed depend on your user permissions and your organisation's Reporting Dashboard configuration.

  • Report names, order and visibility may vary between organisations depending on how the dashboard has been configured by your organisation's Manager.
