User Group Compliance Report

The User Group Compliance Report provides organisations with greater visibility into compliance performance across their user groups.

The report allows users to compare compliance results between two selected months, making it easier to identify trends, track progress, and measure improvements over time. This helps Managers and Administrators better understand compliance levels within specific user groups and take proactive action where required.

How to Access the Report

  1. Navigate to the Reporting Dashboard section.

  2. Select User Group Compliance Report.

  3. The report will display compliance results for user groups based on the selected criteria.

Using Filters

The Filters option allows users to refine the report results based on specific criteria.

Available filter options include:

  • User Group – Select one or more user groups to view their compliance results.

  • Site Location – Filter results by specific site locations.

  • Department – Filter results by department.

  • First Month and Year – Select the first month to be used for comparison.

  • Second Month and Year – Select the second month to compare against the first month.

  • Compliance Based On – Choose whether to calculate compliance based on Mandatory, Optional, or All (Mandatory/Optional) training.

After selecting the required filters:

  • Click Apply to generate the report.

  • Click Save Filters to save the selected filter settings for future use.

  • Click Reset to clear all selected filters and return to the default view.

Sorting the Report

The Sort By option allows users to organise the report results based on selected criteria.

Users can select the column to sort by, including:

  • Progress

  • User Group (Alphabetical)

  • First Month compliance results

  • Second Month compliance results

The report can be sorted in Ascending or Descending order.

Understanding the Report Results

The report displays a comparison of compliance performance between the selected months for each user group.

The report includes:

  • User Group – Displays the name of the user group.

  • Overall Progress – Displays a visual, colour-coded breakdown of training completion statuses for each user group, allowing users to quickly identify the number of Passed, Failed, In Progress, To Do, Expired, and Expiring training courses.

  • First Month – Shows the compliance percentage for the first selected month.

  • Second Month – Shows the compliance percentage for the second selected month.

  • Progress – Displays the increase or decrease in compliance between the two selected months.

Positive progress values indicate an improvement in compliance, while negative values indicate a reduction in compliance levels.

Exporting the Report

Users can export the User Group Compliance Report by clicking the Export to Excel button. This allows the report data to be downloaded and reviewed outside the system.
