Go to Administration > Trainees > Organisation Permissions

Here you can see the current permissions set for Managers, Sub-managers, Supervisors and Champion User Levels.

For Example

With the above settings - Sub-Managers can only add and view users information, in User Management;

  • Who are within the same Site Location and Department groups.

  • Who have the User Level Supervisors and below. (They will not be able to view other Sub-Managers or Managers.)

  • If the Sub-Manager is in the - group for Site Location and Department groups, they will be able to view all users on the system.
