Reference Materials and Supporting Documents

The Reference Materials and Supporting Documents sections provide access to important documents assigned to you within the Human Focus e-Learning system.

What Are Reference Materials?

Reference Materials are documents related to the courses that have been assigned to you. These may include guidance documents, handbooks, policies, or additional reading to support your training.


All Level users can view and download reference materials linked to their assigned courses.

How User Can Access Reference Materials

  1. Go to e-Learning from the main menu.

  2. Select All Training.

  3. Click on Reference Materials.

You will now see a list of all reference materials associated with the courses assigned to you.

Supporting Documents

Supporting Documents are documents uploaded and assigned to you by your organisation. These are not always linked directly to a specific course but are made available for reference.

How to Access Supporting Documents

  1. Go to e-Learning.

  2. Select All Training.

  3. Click on Supporting Documents.

Here you can see all the documents that have been assigned to you.

You can also:

  1. Search for a document using the Document Title or Document Code

  2. Choose how many documents are displayed per page

  3. Hover over a document to view available options

  4. Click Download to open or save the document to your device
