Assign External Training Records

This section allows managers to create and manage external training providers and courses. External training can then be assigned to specific user groups to ensure the relevant users are aware of the required training. It also allows organisations to add internal training if the required course is not available in the existing list.

The following options are available on this page:

  • Assign External Training Record


  • Add Internal Training


Assign External Training Record

This option allows users to:

  • Assign existing external training to user groups

    • Select Training Provider from the list


    • Select Training Title from the list


    • Select User Groups


    • Click on Assign



      On successful assignment, the uploaded external training will be assigned to the selected user groups.

  • Create a new training provider and training course and assign it to user groups

    • If the required training provider or training is not available in the list, the user can create a new training provider and training according to their requirements.

Add Internal Training

If the required training is not available in the external training provider list, it can be added as Internal Training.

How to Add Training Under the “Internal” Provider

  1. Click Add Internal Training.


  2. A popup window will appear.


  3. Enter the required information:

    • Training Title

    • Validity Period (number of months before expiry)

    • Training Description


  4. Select a User Group if you want to assign the training directly.


  5. Click Insert

The training will be added under the Internal provider and assigned to the selected user group.

The successfully added training will appear in the grid on this page.
