Add a New Training Provider or Training Title to Display in the List When Uploading Training

When uploading a training certificate, if the required training is not available in the list, you can add it so it becomes available to your users. You can add a new Training Provider and create Training Titles under existing providers.

Navigate to Assign External Training Records

  1. Go to Administration > Trainees > Training Records Management

  2. Click the Assign External Training Record

Add New Training Provider

  1. Click Add New Training Provider

  2. Enter the Training Provider Name

  3. Click Save

Add New Training

  1. Select the Training Provider

  2. Click Add New Training.

  3. Enter the Training Title

  4. Specify the validity period in months. You can:

    1. Enter the number of months

    2. Select Unknown if the validity period is not known

    3. Select Perpetual Qualification if the qualification does not expire

  5. To add more Training Titles, click the + button


    You can add a maximum of three Training Titles at the same time.

  6. Click Submit

Once the Training Provider and Training Title have been added, you can close the Assign External Training Record window by clicking Cancel.

If you wish to assign the training to user groups, select a User Group and click Upload.
