When uploading a training certificate, if the required training is not available in the list, you can add it so it becomes available to your users. You can add a new Training Provider and create Training Titles under existing providers.
Navigate to Assign Uploaded Training
Go to Administration > Trainees > Assign Uploaded Training.
Click the Assign Uploaded Training button.
Add a Training Provider
Add a Training Title
Select the Training Provider.
Click Add New Training.
Enter the Training Title.
Specify the validity period in months. You can:
Enter the number of months
Select Unknown if the validity period is not known
Select Perpetual Qualification if the qualification does not expire
To add more Training Titles, click the + button.
You can add a maximum of three Training Titles at the same time.
Click Submit.
Once the Training Provider and Training Title have been added, you can close the Assign Uploaded Training window by clicking Cancel.
If you wish to assign the training to user groups, select a User Group and click Upload.
