The Training Proctoring feature helps safeguard the integrity and authenticity of training sessions by verifying a user's identity before they are permitted to participate in any proctored training. This ensures that the individual completing the training is who they claim to be.
With this feature, you can:
Require users to verify their identity before accessing proctored training.
Use AI-based automatic verification or submit documents for manual review by an Administrator.
Profile Verification
Users must have a verified profile in order to participate in any proctored training. Profile verification requires the user to upload a profile picture and a valid identification document.
How to verify your profile
Go to My Profile.
Select Profile Verification.
Upload a clear, recent profile photograph
Click on Upload Document and upload one of the following:
National ID CardDriving Licence
Passport
Click on Verify ( The automatic AI verification Process will start )
If the profile is successfully verified, a verified badge and a tick will be displayed on the profile.
If automatic verification fails, the system will display the reason for the failure.
The user can update the verification document or submit a request for manual verification.
The user can navigate back to the previous step or cancel the verification process.
Verification Methods
Two types of verification methods are used to verify profiles. Once documents are submitted, the system will attempt verification using one of the following methods
1. Automatic Verification (AI-Based)
The system uses AI to automatically verify the uploaded profile photograph and identification document. If successful, the profile is verified immediately.
2. Manual Verification
If automatic verification is unsuccessful, the user's documents will be submitted for manual review by an Administrator. The Administrator will either:
Approve the verification if the submitted documents are valid, or
Reject the verification if the documents do not meet the required standards.
Once approved, the user will be able to proceed with proctored training.
Verified Profile Status
Once a profile has been successfully verified, a Verified badge will appear next to the user's profile picture as confirmation of their verified status.
Note: If a user updates their first name, last name, or profile picture, their profile verification status will be reset and they will be required to complete the verification process again before accessing any proctored training.
Email Notifications
The system automatically sends email notifications throughout the manual verification process to keep both Administrators and users informed at every stage.
Notification to Administrator
When a user submits their documents for manual verification, an email notification is automatically sent to the Administrator.
This notification informs the Administrator that a new profile verification request is awaiting review.
Notification to User
When user submits document for Manual Verification, an email alert is sent to the user who has submitted the document for review
Once the Administrator has reviewed the submitted documents, the user will receive an email notification confirming the outcome:
If approved — the user receives a confirmation email notifying them that their profile has been successfully verified and that they may proceed with proctored training.
If rejected — the user receives an email informing them that the verification was unsuccessful. They will need to re-submit valid documents to complete the verification process.
Profile Verification Required for Proctoring Training
Accessing proctoring training without a verified profile will display the following popup, stating that profile verification is required before starting the training.
Summary
The Training Proctoring feature enables your organisation to:
