With this feature, you have two scheduling options:
Set Delays (Flexible Scheduling)
Automatically release courses based on a sequence and delay. You can:Create user groups and assign tailored training sets.
Set Course Schedule to become available in a specific order with delays between them.
Send automatic notifications so learners know exactly what to complete and when.
Set Fixed Day Availability
Make courses available to learners on specific calendar dates. You can:Define the exact date(s) each course should be accessible.
Ensure training aligns with organisational deadlines, events, or compliance requirements.
Notify learners in advance so they are prepared for the scheduled training.
This flexibility ensures your training remains relevant, timely, and aligned with actual job needs — all while reducing administrative overhead.
