e-Learning Shop – How to Purchase Courses

The Shop allows Manager level users to purchase courses for their organisation. This guide explains step-by-step how to browse, select, and buy courses.

Step 1: Access the Shop

  1. Log into the e-Learning system as a Manager.

  2. From the main navigation menu, click Shop.

The Shop page will open with three tabs:

  • Awareness

  • Intermediate & Advanced

  • Offers

Step 2: Browse Courses

Awareness Courses

  1. Awareness tab.
    All Awareness courses are managed under a single licence, so the licence summary is shown at the top of the page.

    • Purchased - Total licences purchased

    • Taken - Licences consumed

    • Remaining - Remaining licences


  2. Two sub-tabs are available:

    • All Training – Shows all Awareness courses available for purchase.

    • Purchased Training – Shows Awareness courses already purchased by your organisation.

  3. To purchase a course:

    • Click Select next to the desired e-Folder.

    • A pop-up will open showing all courses within that e-Folder.

    • Enter the quantity for each course you want to purchase.

    • Click Add to Basket.

  4. After adding courses to the basket, you can:

    • Click Checkout to go to billing and payment, or

    • Click Continue Shopping to explore more courses.


Intermediate & Advanced Courses

Training in this tab include group of related courses, and each toolkit has a separate licence.

  1. Click the Intermediate & Advanced tab.

  2. Sub-tabs All Training and Purchased Training work similarly to Awareness courses.

  3. To purchase a toolkit:

    • Click Add to Basket next to the desired toolkit.

    • All courses within the toolkit will be added to the basket.

  4. Optional: Click Contact Us if you need more information about the toolkit.

  5. Toolkits with unlimited licences already assigned will not display the Add to Basket option. An information icon (i) will indicate that no purchase is required.

  6. Purchased, taken, and remaining licence counts are displayed for each toolkit.

Step 3: Search, Sort, and Navigate

Both Awareness and Intermediate & Advanced tabs include:

  • Search: Enter toolkit or course names to locate items quickly.

  • Sort: Sort toolkits by training title (A–Z or Z–A).

  • Pagination: Navigate through multiple pages of courses.

Step 4: Use the Basket

  1. Click the Basket icon to view all selected courses or toolkits.

  2. In the basket pop-up:

    • Adjust course quantities if needed.

    • Remove items using the X icon.

    • Click Continue Shopping to explore more courses, or Checkout to proceed.

Step 5: Checkout and Payment

  1. Click Checkout to open the Billing Details page.

  2. Verify or update your organisation’s details.

  3. Click Proceed to view the Payment form.

  4. Enter card details and click Pay Now.

Step 6: Invoice and Email Notification

  • The system will display the invoice on-screen.

  • A copy of the invoice will be sent to your registered email.


Step 7: Courses Available in e-Learning

After payment is complete:

  • Purchased courses appear automatically in the e-Learning module.

  • By default, courses are added under the “–” user group.

  • Managers can then assign these courses to the relevant user groups as required.

Step 8: Offers Tab

  1. Click the Offers tab to see discounted toolkits or courses.

  2. Add discounted courses to your basket easily.

  3. Search and pagination options are available to help locate courses.


Step 9: Order History

  1. Click Order History in the Shop menu to view previous purchases.

  2. Expand any order to see full details.

  3. Use filters, sorting, records-per-page, and pagination to manage the view.

  4. Click Export to Excel to download your order history as a spreadsheet.
