The Licence Information page allows you to monitor:

Use this page to ensure you have sufficient licences and credits before assigning training or using system features.

Navigate to Shop > Licence Information.

The e-Learning Licences tab shows all courses available under your organisation’s licence.

For each course:

If a course shows “Unlimited” under Purchased and Remaining, there is no limit on the number of learners who can take that course.

The Credits Usage tab shows how many credits your organisation has used across different features.

Each section displays:

This section shows credits used for creating courses in Content Builder.

​Credit rule:
1 Course = 1 Credit

A credit is deducted each time a course is created.

You will see:

If you have no remaining credits, you will not be able to create additional courses until more credits are purchased.

This section tracks credits used when processing documents using AI.

Credit rule:
1 Page = 1 Credit

Each processed page deducts one credit from your balance.

You will see:

This section tracks credits used for AI video analysis.

1 Minute = 1 Credit

Credits are deducted based on the number of minutes analysed.
