Go To Administration > Trainees > Group Management and click on the User Group tab:
Hover over the User Group you wish to assign training to
Click on the blue pencil to edit the User Group
Select e-Folders
Click Assign e-Folders
Use the Search option to quickly find the e-Folders you are looking for
Click Search
Click on the e-Folder title to view the courses within it
Select the e-Folders you want to assign to the User Group
Select Assign to assign the courses to the User Group
Alternatively to assign a single course:
Click on the e-Folder title to view the courses within it
Select the course you want to assign
Select Assign to assign the course to the User Group
