The Set Availability Permission page allows Manager-level users to control access to specific features within their organisation. Through this page, managers can assign or restrict access to available features for individual users or user levels.
Currently, the Content Builder and Ergonomics features are included in the Availability Permissions section.
Note:
This page is only accessible to organisations that have either the Content Builder feature (including its sub-features) or the Ergonomics feature enabled at the organisation level.
Accessing the Page
Navigate to the Set Availability Permission page.
By default, the User Permission(s) tab will be selected.
The grid displays users who have access to the Content Builder, its sub-features, or the Ergonomics feature.
Filters
You can use the Filters option to narrow down the displayed records.
The following filters are available:
Search User – Search by user name or identifier.
Select Feature(s) – Filter users based on the feature(s) they have access to.
User Level(s) – Display records for a specific user level (e.g. Manager, Supervisor).
Site Location – Filter users by their site location.
Department – Show users belonging to a particular department.
User Group(s) – Display users based on their assigned user group(s).
After selecting your filters, click Apply to view the results or Reset to clear all applied filters.
Viewing and Managing Permissions
Click on the three dots next to a user to view the assigned permissions.
Permissions can be edited or removed for any selected user or user level.

Assigning Permissions
Click on Assign Permission(s).
A popup will appear with two tabs — Users and User Levels.
Choose the specific user or user level and click Next.
From the list of available permissions, enable the required features.
Click Apply to save the changes.
Bulk Remove Permission(s)
The Bulk Remove Permission(s) option allows managers to remove assigned permissions from multiple users at once.
To use this option:
Click Bulk Remove Permission(s).
Select the users or user's you want to remove permissions from.
Click on Remove.
Confirmation popup will open
Select Permissions you want to remove and type "Remove"
After confirmation click on the "Remove Button"
The selected permissions will be removed from all chosen users.
