Do you feel your risk assessments are often a tick-box exercise — completed, filed away, and rarely leading to real improvements?

The Risk Assessment Dashboard in the Human Focus system is designed to give you a clear, real-time view of how risks are being managed and where action is needed.

With this dashboard, you can:

  • See current risk levels across all your assessments at a glance

  • Track outstanding actions and who’s responsible

  • Monitor progress and completion status — all in one place

Where to Access

Resolvers can view these submissions by navigating to:

Reporting DashboardUser Training ResultRisk Assessment

Selecting Risk Assessment will navigate the user to the Risk Assessment Report.

Risk Assessment Report

Here the resolver can view the submitted assessment along with any actions created against that specific attempt.

Click the downward arrow next to the submitted assessment to expand and view the user’s responses along with any actions raised during the assessment.

  • View Action(s): Displays all actions that were created for this assessment.

  • View Responses: Opens a new window showing the user’s responses to the assessment questions.

Actions Management in Risk Assessment

View Action(s) also displays the priority and status of each action.
For example, in the image above, the priority is marked as “High” and the status is “To Do”.

Clicking the right arrow opens the Action Details pop-up, where the logged-in user can:

  • Assign the action to the relevant person

  • Change the priority level

  • Add comments related to the action

The action assignee will receive an email notification when the action is assigned to them for further follow-up.

The action assignee / Resolver can log in to their account and view all assigned actions by navigating to:
e-Checklist → e-Folder Home → My To Do tab

The action assignee can view the action details by clicking on the assigned action listed in their My To Do List.

The action assignee / Resolver can update the action status, add comments, upload a screenshot or picture, and mark the action as Resolved once it has been addressed.

Once all actions have been resolved, the resolver can view their updated status in the Risk Assessment Report, where they will be marked as Resolved.

Update Risk Level

  • Once all actions related to an assessment have been resolved, the resolver will see the “Update Risk Level” button next to the assessment in the Risk Assessment Report.

  • Clicking this button allows the assessor to update the overall risk level of the assessment based on the resolved actions and user responses.

View Status History

Allows the user to see the status update history of the assessment, including when actions were assigned, updated, and resolved.
