Assign e-Folder

Go to e-Checklists > Administration

Click on an e-Folder to view e-Folder Options

Select Assign e-Folder

Select Assign User(s)

Select the User/Users

Click Next

Select the Role(s) by clicking on the drop down menu.

  • Editor will enable the user to edit the content of the e-Folder

  • Resolver will enable the user to view other users submissions for this e-Folder

  • Assignee will give the user access to complete all the e-Checklists within this e-Folder

Click on the Available From date to open the calendar

Enable e-Checklist email notifications for this user by switching on this setting

Click Assign to save the settings
