Risk Assessment e-Learning

Trainees can complete Risk Assessments, such as Display Screen Equipment, via the e-Learning tab.
If any answer requires action, they will be prompted to create an action and assign it to the relevant person.

When to Create an Action

An action should be created when:

  • The selected answer reveals a potential risk (e.g. an unsafe setup or behaviour).

  • The user wants to provide further explanation or evidence regarding the issue.

  • The system prompts the user to give more detail for a specific response.

How to Create an Action

Click on 'Create Action(s)' button to create an action

When creating an action:

  • Action Title/Summary: Provide a clear description of the issue. For example, "The top of my screen is positioned well below eye level when Iโ€™m seated upright, which causes me to tilt my head downward while working."

  • Priority: Select the appropriate priority level (High, Medium, Low, or None) depending on the severity of the issue.

  • Upload Media (Optional): You can attach a photo or screenshot to support your action, such as an image of the problematic workstation.

As shown in the image below, the user has identified a glare issue and provided a detailed summary with a supporting image.
