To view the results for the DSE Risk Assessment

Go to Reporting Dashboard > User Training Results

Select More Reports

Select DSE Assessments

Click Select by the user to view their Actions

Click Select by the Action to view full Risk Hazard Details

Scroll down to view the Risk Hazard Details

Select Edit to add your recommendation, status and due date

Click Update to save
