Go To Administration > Trainees > Group Management
Hover over the User Group you wish to assign a user to
Click on the blue pencil to edit the User Group
Select Assign Users - a list of your registered users will appear
Use the Search option or the Filters to quickly locate the users you need
Select the users you want to assign to this group
Click Assign to save your changes and assign the users
Click Yes to assign the user to the user group. Click No to close the pop-up
Hover over an assigned user and select the Bin icon to remove a user from a User Group
