Q: What is the Home Page?

A: The Home Page is your central hub for accessing training, checklists, and external training records. It gives you a clear summary of your current training status and quick access to the most important areas of the system.

Q: Where can I find my profile menu?

A: Your name and profile picture are displayed in the top-right corner of every page. Clicking on either will open the Profile Menu.

Q: What options are available in the Profile Menu?

A: The Profile Menu gives you quick access to: View User Profile, View Card, Subtitles and Closed Captions, and Logout. It also displays your name, organisation, person identifier, and QR code.

Q: What does the header section of the Home Page contain?

A: The header displays a personalised welcome message, a What's New button, a How to Take a Training help video button, and a More Options dropdown menu.

Q: What is available under More Options on the Home Page header?

A: The More Options dropdown on the Home Page includes: View Card, Check a Card, View Statistics (permission-dependent), and Bulk Certificate Upload (permission-dependent).

Q: What tabs are available on the Home Page?

A: The main section of the Home Page is divided into three tabs β€” e-Learning, e-Checklist, and External Training.

Q: What does the e-Learning tab show on the Home Page?

A: The e-Learning tab on the Home Page gives a complete overview of your online training activity, including training counts by status, in-progress courses, failed training, outstanding to-do items, and expiring or expired training.

Q: What training statuses are shown in the e-Learning counts bar on the Home Page?

A: The status summary bar on the Home Page e-Learning tab shows: All, To Do, In Progress, Passed, Expiring, Expired, and Failed.

Q: What is the Continue Training section on the Home Page?

A: The Continue Training section on the Home Page shows courses you have started but not yet completed. Each card includes a progress bar and you can either resume from where you left off or preview without affecting your saved progress. This section only appears if you have training currently in progress.

Q: How do I reattempt a failed course from the Home Page?

A: Failed courses appear as red cards in the Failed Training section of the Home Page e-Learning tab. Click on a failed course card to reattempt it. This section only appears if you have failed training on your account.

Q: Where can I see my outstanding training on the Home Page?

A: The My To Do section on the Home Page e-Learning tab displays a selection of your outstanding assigned training. You can begin a course directly from here or click View All to see your complete To Do list.

Q: How can I see expiring or expired training from the Home Page?

A: The Expiring & Expired Training section on the Home Page e-Learning tab displays all training approaching or past its expiry date in a single view, showing the course name and expiry date.

Q: When does the e-Checklist tab appear on the Home Page?

A: The e-Checklist tab on the Home Page is only displayed when the e-Checklist module is enabled for both your organisation and your individual user account.

Q: What statuses are shown in the e-Checklist counts bar on the Home Page?

A: The e-Checklist status bar on the Home Page shows: All, To Do, In Progress, Completed, and Not Done. Items are moved to Not Done automatically when a scheduled due date passes without completion.

Q: How do I resume an in-progress e-checklist from the Home Page?

A: The Continue e-Checklist Folder(s) section on the Home Page displays your most recently updated in-progress e-checklists. Simply click on an item to resume it.

Q: Where can I see e-checklists that are due on the Home Page?

A: The Due e-Checklists section on the Home Page shows scheduled e-checklists due for completion. Click View All to navigate to the My To Do section within the e-Checklist module.

Q: What are Due e-Checklist Actions on the Home Page?

A: These are actions assigned to you with an upcoming due date. They are displayed on the Home Page to keep them visible and easy to access without navigating away.

Q: What is the My e-Checklist Folder(s) section on the Home Page?

A: The My e-Checklist Folder(s) section on the Home Page displays e-checklists from your My e-Folders area β€” these are checklists without a scheduled due date that can be completed at any time. Click View All to see the full list.

Q: What can I do from the External Training tab on the Home Page?

A: The External Training tab on the Home Page allows you to manage training completed outside of the system. You can upload a new external training record using the Upload External Training Record button and view all records broken down by status.

Q: What statuses are shown for external training records on the Home Page?

A: The External Training status bar on the Home Page shows: All, To Do, Passed, Expiring, and Expired.

Q: How do I update an expiring or expired external training record from the Home Page?

A: In the Expiring & Expired Training section of the Home Page External Training tab, click on the relevant record. This opens the Upload External Training Record popup, allowing you to update it without leaving the Home Page.

Q: What has changed about the navigation menu on the Home Page?

A: The navigation menu on the left-hand side of the Home Page now features a refreshed single-colour icon design, giving the platform a cleaner and more consistent look and feel.
