The Reorder e-Folders feature allows organisations to define the order in which e-folders are displayed within the e-Learning platform and Content Builder. Managers can choose from several ordering options — including a fully customisable drag-and-drop arrangement — to ensure folders are presented in the most logical and efficient way for their organisation.
With this feature, you can:
Set a preferred display order for all e-folders across your organisation.
Choose from pre-set ordering options or create a fully custom arrangement.
Apply a consistent folder order for all users within your organisation across both the e-Learning platform and Content Builder.
Note: The folder order set by a manager is applied organisation-wide. All users within the organisation will see the most recently saved order.
How to Reorder e-Folders
Step 1: Navigate to Preferences
Log in with a Manager account and go to Administration > Preferences.
Step 2: Select Reorder e-Folders
Select the Reorder e-Folders option. You will be directed to the Reorder e-Folders page, where all e-folders assigned to your organisation are listed in their current order.
Step 3: Choose an Ordering Option
Select your preferred ordering option from the below
1. Default Order
Displays e-folders in the system's standard default order. This is the order applied before any custom preferences have been set.
2. Alphabetical (A to Z)
Displays all e-folders — including both system folders (provided by Human Focus) and your organisation's own folders — in ascending alphabetical order based on the e-folder title.
3. Alphabetical (Z to A)
Displays all e-folders — including both system folders (provided by Human Focus) and your organisation's own folders — in descending alphabetical order based on the e-folder title.
4. Latest First
Displays e-folders in order of the date they were assigned or created, with the most recent appearing first.
5. Oldest First
Displays e-folders in order of the date they were assigned or created, with the oldest appearing first.
6. Custom (Drag and Drop)
Allows you to arrange e-folders in a fully custom order. When this option is selected, drag-and-drop functionality is enabled on the page. Simply drag each e-folder to your preferred position. Once you are satisfied with the arrangement, click Apply to save and apply the custom order.
Step 4: Apply the Order
Once you have selected or arranged your preferred order, click Apply to save. The updated folder order will immediately be reflected in the e-Learning platform and Content Builder for all users in your organisation.
