The Create Training Using SOP Document (AI) feature automatically transforms your SOPs or SSOWs into clear, interactive training modules in minutes β€” ready to deliver across your organisation.

With this tool, you can:

  • Upload or select any SOP or SSOW document.

  • Instantly generate complete online training β€” with structure, visuals, and optional assessment questions.

  • Deliver training to any mobile device or desktop via the Human Focus platform.

  • Link training to a QR code, so it can be placed directly on equipment, in work areas, or within your documents β€” giving staff instant access to guidance at the point of work.

  • Automatically track completions, results, and updates through the Human Focus system.

AI-based training creation offers two options:

  1. Create Training Using SOP Document (AI)

This section explains how to create training using an SOP document.

Accessing the Feature

  1. Provide the required folder details and click Next.

  2. On the next screen, click Create with AI and select Create Training Using SOP Document (AI).

A popup window will appear for configuring the AI training.

Step 1: Upload or Select Document

Option A: Upload a New SOP Document

If you want to upload a new SOP document, complete the following fields:

  • Document Title: Enter a clear and meaningful title for the training.

  • Document Description: Provide a short description or summary of the SOP.

  • Upload File: Attach the SOP document from your system.

  • Create Tag(s): Add tags to be able to search document with tags in Full Bank.

  • Mandatory Toggle: Enable this option if you want the document to be mandatory within the training.

Click Next to proceed.

Option B: Select an Existing Document

If the SOP document is already available in the document library:

  • Choose the document from the list.

  • Click Next to proceed.

Step 2: Document Formatting Options

On this screen, you can customise the document for the training:

  • Update Formatting: Adjust the document to SOP format if required.

  • Translate Document: Create the training in a different language if needed.

  • Generate Knowledge Test: Choose whether to generate a knowledge test from the document or not.

Click Next after selecting the options you need.

Step 3: Processing and Preview

If formatting or translation is selected, the system will process the document.
A progress indicator will display the status on-screen

Once processing is complete, you will see two options:

  • Download: Download the formatted document.

  • Preview: Preview the formatted and/or translated document.

Click Next to continue to the training details screen.

Step 4: Define Training Details

Provide the following information:

  • Training Code: A unique reference code for the training.

  • Training Title: The title that will appear in the training list.

  • Number of Questions: Specify how many quiz questions should be generated from the SOP.

  • Allowed Attempts: Define how many times users can attempt the assessment.

  • Score Type: Choose between Test Assessment or Manual Assessment.

  • Passing Criteria: Set the minimum passing percentage.

Click Create Training to initiate the AI training generation.

Step 5: AI Training Generation

The system will automatically create the training, which will then appear in your Training List.

The training will include:

  • The uploaded or selected SOP document.

  • The automatically generated questions (if enabled).

After reviewing the content, you can disable Maintenance Mode to make the training available for user assignment.
