AI Coach for Courses
The AI Coach can be enabled on demand for any course.
When enabled, the AI Coach appears within the training sections to provide help and explanations related to the course material.
Trainees can ask questions about the training content and receive instant AI-generated guidance.
Important Notes:
The AI Coach is not visible during Knowledge Tests or Mini Quizzes.
It is available in all other training modules, such as learning content, documents, and videos.
The AI Coach will only respond to questions related to the training content, not to assessment answers.
AI Coach for e-Checklists
The AI Coach can also be enabled on demand for e-Checklists.
When enabled, trainees can interact with the AI Coach for support while completing e-Checklist questions.
The AI Coach can:
Explain the meaning or context of each question.
Provide examples or possible scenarios to help with understanding.
Offer guidance when actions need to be created or explained.
This ensures that user complete e-Checklists accurately and with full understanding of the requirements.
