Create Training Using Document (AI)

The AI Training Creation feature allows you to automatically create a training course based on your uploaded documents.
This feature is available under the Create with AI option in the Content Builder.

AI-based training creation offers two options:

  1. Create Training Using Document (AI)

This section explains how to create training using a regular document.

Accessing the Feature

  1. Provide the required folder details and click Next.

  2. On the next screen, click Create with AI and select Create Training Using Document (AI).

A popup window will appear where you can configure the AI training setup.

Step 1: Select or Upload Document

You can either:

  • Upload a new document from your system, or

  • Select an existing document from the document library.

This document will be used by the AI to generate the training content.

Fields to complete:

  • Document Title: Enter a clear and meaningful title related to the training topic.

  • Document Description: Provide a short description or summary of the document.

  • Upload File: Attach the document file if not selecting from the library.

  • Mandatory Toggle: Enable this option if you want to mark the document as mandatory within the training.

Once all details are entered, click Next.

Step 2: Define Training Details

Provide the following information for your new AI-generated training:

  • Training Code: A unique reference code for the training.

  • Training Title: The title that will appear in the training list.

  • Number of Questions: Specify how many quiz questions should be generated from the document.

  • Allowed Attempts: Define how many times users can attempt the assessment.

  • Score Type: Choose between Test Assessment or Manual Assessment.

  • Passing Criteria: Set the minimum passing percentage.

When ready, click Create Training.

Step 3: AI Training Generation

The system will process your input and automatically create the training.
Once the creation is complete, the new training will appear in your Training List.

The training will include:

  • The selected or uploaded document.

  • The automatically generated questions.

After reviewing the content, you can disable Maintenance Mode to make the training available for user assignment.
