Manage Assigned e-Folder Users

You can manage assigned e-Folder users and give further administrative access or manage the notifications. On the assigned e-Folders:

  1. Find the users you want to provide with further access

  2. Select the user access arrow under the user's name

  3. Check the box next to the extra access you want the user to have

  4. Click the Notifications button on the right hand hide under a user's name to enable or disable notifications

  5. Select Update to save your changes
