If the system has not fully processed the uploaded certificate, you will need to edit the data before you verify the certificate:
Select a certificate to review
Hover over the certificate icon and click there for the record card
Update the records as needed
Select Update to update the record card
Select Verify to upload the record on the user's account
Confirm the security message to complete the verification process
