This option allows users to upload multiple certificates at once.
The system uses AI scanning to read the certificates and extract training details.
Go to Bulk Certificate Upload
Or Navigate from "Training Records Management" Page
Click on Upload Certificate (AI Scan) to upload your file.
Select Unverified Tab
Filter the table
Hover over a certificate to view it or click on the certificate to open the Verification Popup
Update the information using the menus and calendars
Click Update to save your changes
Click Verify to verify the certificate. This will also add it to the users Human Focus records.
Click Discard to discard the certificate
