Assign toolkit(s) to trainees through CBT External (Course by Title External)

CBT External gives you the option to assign external toolkit(s) to User Group(s) or your bespoke training that has been loaded to Human Focus.

To assign courses through CBT External:

  1. Go to Administration > Trainees > Trainee Control

  2. Click on CBT External tab

  3. Filter your display by Toolkit(s) and User Group(s)

  4. Click on Apply Filter to filter your display

  5. Check the boxes under the User Group(s) you want to assign the toolkit(s)

  6. Click on Save Changes to save changes and assign courses.

  7. Confirm to the warning message that you are happy to continue with the changes
