If you experience buffering or loading issues please try the following
Buffering Issues on the Website
1. Please try using the internet browser Google Chrome
2. Please ensure you are using the latest version of your internet browser. You can check this by going to the Settings > Help > About Google Chrome.
3. Please delete your cached data and browser history. They can be found under Settings > Privacy and Security. Please log out and back in before continuing with your training.
4. Please completely close your browser and re-open it.
5. Please ensure you have a strong internet connection. As our videos have a high resolution, you will need a strong internet or WIFI connection. You can search for "Internet Speed Test" to confirm your internet speed.
6. Enabling Cookies in your Internet Browser may also help.
Buffering issues on the Apple App
1. Please ensure you are using our latest version of our app.
2. Please ensure you have a strong internet connection. As our videos have a high resolution, you will need a strong data or WIFI connection.
3. If you are using a WIFI connection, you could try using your data connection instead (or vice versa).
Buffering issues on the Android App
1. Please ensure you are using our latest version of our app.
2. Please ensure you have a strong internet connection. As our videos have a high resolution, you will need a strong data or WIFI connection.

4. Please delete your cached data. This can be found in your device Settings > Apps > Human Focus > Storage.
