Accessing the e-Checklist Snapshot

  1. Go to e-Checklist.

  2. Select e-Folder Home.

  3. Select e-Checklist Snapshot.

The report displays an overview of the current e-Checklist activity across the organisation.

Viewing Users and e-Folders

Selecting a summary figure opens a list of users associated with the selected status.

To view the relevant e-Checklist activity:

  1. Select the required summary card, such as Not Done.

  2. A list of the users associated with that status is displayed.

  3. Review the relevant user and their assigned e-Folder.

  4. View the current status of the e-Folder and its associated checklist activity.

  5. Select the relevant record to investigate further, where available.

This allows managers to quickly identify users with outstanding e-Checklist activity and determine where action may be required.

Site Location / Department Breakdown

The Site Location / Department Breakdown provides a more detailed view of e-Checklist activity across different areas of the organisation.

The table groups e-Checklist activity by:

  • Site Location

  • Department

  • e-Folder Type

It displays the number of e-Checklist records in each of the following statuses:

  • Due Today

  • Due This Week

  • In Progress

  • Not Done

  • Actions Due

  • Actions Not Done

This breakdown allows managers to identify sites, departments and e-Folder types with higher levels of outstanding e-Checklist activity.

Drilling Down into e-Checklist Records

The figures displayed in the breakdown table are interactive.

To view the records associated with a particular status:

  1. Locate the relevant Site Location, Department and e-Folder Type.

  2. Select the number under the required status.

  3. A list of the relevant users and their assigned e-Folders is displayed.

  4. Review the e-Checklist activity for the selected users.

  5. Select a relevant record to view further details, where available.

For example, selecting the number under Not Done displays users with e-Checklists that have not yet been completed for the selected site, department and e-Folder type.

This allows managers to move from the overall organisation-level summary to the individual user and e-Folder level.
