The Schedule Reports feature allows managers to automatically generate and send reports by email on a recurring basis. Reports can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis for both e-Learning and e-Checklist modules.
Accessing Schedule Reports
You will see two tabs:
e-Learning
e-Checklist
e-Learning Scheduled Reports
The e-Learning tab allows you to schedule automated reports related to Training courses.
Creating a Scheduled Report
Report Name
Select the report you want to schedule.
Report Frequency
Choose how often the report should be generated:
Weekly
Monthly
Email(s)
Enter one or more email addresses that should receive the report.
Multiple email addresses should be separated using commas.
Click Apply to save the schedule.
The report will now be automatically generated and emailed according to the selected schedule.
Viewing Previous Exports
Click Previous Exports to view reports that have already been generated and exported.
e-Checklist Scheduled Reports
The e-Checklist tab allows you to schedule automated reports for e-Checklist submissions.
Creating a Scheduled e-Checklist Report
Report Name
Select the report to schedule.
Report Frequency
Choose:
Weekly
Monthly
Select e-Folder
Choose the e-Folder containing the required e-Checklist.
Select e-Checklist
Choose the specific e-Checklist for reporting.
Select e-Folder Submission(s) Status
Select the submission status to include in the report.
Email(s)
Enter the email address(es) that should receive the report.
Click Apply to save the scheduled report.
Viewing Previous Exports
Click Previous Exports to view reports that have already been generated and exported.
Sample Report Preview
The View Sample Report button allows users to preview the report format before scheduling it.
The button may remain disabled until all required fields are completed.
Managing Scheduled Reports
The scheduled reports table displays the configured report schedules and their current status.
Users can:
View existing scheduled reports
Edit report configurations
Delete report configurations
Enable or disable report schedules
Access previously generated exports
Editing a Scheduled Report
To edit an existing scheduled report:
Hover over the required report row in the list.
Click the Edit button.
The edit popup will open.
Update the required fields.
Click Apply to save the changes.
Enabling or Disabling a Scheduled Report
The report Status toggle can only be changed while editing the scheduled report.
Hover over the required report row.
Click the Edit button.
In the edit popup, change the Status toggle to:
Click Apply to save the changes.
Disabling a scheduled report stops future report generation without deleting the report configuration.
Notes
Scheduled reports are automatically generated based on the selected frequency.
Weekly reports are generated and sent every Monday.
Monthly reports are generated and sent on the 1st day of every month.
Ensure email addresses are entered correctly to avoid delivery failures.
Disabling a report schedule will stop future report generation without deleting the configuration.
