Schedule Types - None and One Off

Some e-Checklists may need to be regularly completed. Others will need to be accessed all the time or only as a one off.

Here you can see how to ensure users can access the e-Folder at all times and how to create a one off schedule.

Go to e-Checklists > Administration

Click on an e-Folder to view e-Folder Options

Select Schedule e-Folder

Schedule - None

Having no schedule will make the e-Folder accessible at all times

Schedule - One Off

Select Available Time and set the Completed By time limit by adding a number and selecting from the Minutes menu

With the above settings, the e-Folder will be available from 9am until 10am.

Set the Reminder email notifications

These will only be sent to users who have their notifications activated. This can be checked and enabled in Assign Users

Select Update Schedule to save changes
