By scheduling your e-Folder you can ask the user to complete the same e-Checklists regularly to ensure necessary checks are completed within your chosen time frame.

Here you can see how to set up a monthly schedule.

Go to e-Checklists > Administration

Click on an e-Folder to view e-Folder Options

Select Schedule e-Folder

Select Schedule - Monthly

Select the day(s) which the e-Checklist to be available

Set the Frequency to confirm how often the user needs to complete the e-Folder

Select the Shift Time - this will be the daily working hours of the user

Select the time the e-Folder will be Available from

Select the Completed By time frame. Type a number then select Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks or Months

Enable/Disable Until Further Notice to add an End Date

Set the Reminder email notifications

These will only be sent to users who have their notifications activated. This can be checked and enabled in Assign Users.

Select Update Schedule to save changes
