Click on the user's bar for details

Choose the course you want to send a reminder for

1. Go to <a href="https://intercom.help/humanfocus-8567f0f221a8/en/articles/10112180" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Reporting Dashboard &gt; User Training Results</a>
2. <a href="https://intercom.help/humanfocus-8567f0f221a8/en/articles/10112183" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Find the user you need to send a reminder to</a>
3. Click on the user's bar for details
4. Choose the course you want to send a reminder for
5. Click on Email Reminder
6. Click on Send Email
