Attention: Email Alerts need to be activated before the relevant actions, in order for the email alert to be generated.
i.e. Email alert number 1. has to be activated before you add new users. This will then automatically send the welcome message and login details to the user, when users are added.
To access Email Alerts:
Go to Administration > Email Alerts
