Go to Administration > Email Management > Manual Emails
Here you can write Custom Emails
1. In Email Template select Custom Email
2. Choose recipients
Click User Selection and Show Users. Tick the user(s) you wish to email. Click Apply
or
Select Type Email Address to type in an email address manually.
3. Type in the Subject
4. Type the email
You can use the Data Fields to generate information, for example #PersonName# will be the trainees name.
5. Add an email address or select a user level in CC, if needed.
6. Click Send Email
