Go to the Ergo Analyser App
Login to your account
Select Upper Limb Work
Select Single Trainee
Find your name on the list and confirm you have selected the correct account
Pay attention to the instructions
When recording, stand still as the artificial intelligence algorithm won't work if you move about
Record for a minimum of 1 minute
Change the camera to selfie mode
Set your recording device on a steady surface
Tap the record button to start recording
Tap the record button to stop recording after a minimum of 1 minute footage
The Ergo Analyser will evaluate your recording and produce an analysis within 24 hours.
