Most of our courses give you two attempts to pass the course.

If you fail once

Select Retake Test to retake the Knowledge Test again.

Please note - if you select Retake Training, the training will start again from the beginning and wipe your progress.

If you fail twice

It will only give you the option to Retake Training. You will need watch the whole course again. Once you have done so, you will have two more attempts at the Knowledge Test.

If you are stuck on a course, please discuss the course with your line manager, Training Department or go back to the administrator of your Human Focus account.
