Please log out of the system, then log back in.
Select the course and click "Continue Programme".
If it goes straight back to the introduction this usually means that the introduction video has not been watched to the end.
All sections, on the right hand side, need to be green to access the end test. Complete any that are still black.
Knowledge Test should then appear below Summary. You can click on this to go straight to the end test.
