Overview
e-Checklists support two submission types:
Single Submission
Multiple Submission
You can now add a custom submission title before starting an e-Checklist. This makes it easier to identify individual submissions and search for them in e-Checklist Reports.
How It Works
When you start an e-Checklist, you will be prompted to enter a Submission Title before opening the checklist.
The behaviour differs depending on the type of e-Checklist.
Single-Submission e-Checklists
For single-submission e-Checklists, entering a submission title is optional.
You can enter a custom title to help identify the submission.
If you do not enter a title, you can continue with the checklist as normal.
Existing functionality remains unchanged.
Multiple-Submission e-Checklists
For multiple-submission e-Checklists, entering a submission title is mandatory.
A submission title must be entered before the checklist can be started.
This replaces the previous process where the title was entered as a question within the checklist.
Only the location of the field has changed; the title continues to be stored and displayed in the same way.
Viewing the Submission Title
Once the checklist has been submitted, the custom submission title is displayed beneath the main e-Checklist title, making it easier to distinguish between multiple submissions.
Searching by Submission Title
The custom submission title is available as a search value within e-Checklist Reports.
This allows administrators and managers to quickly locate specific checklist submissions using the title entered by the user.

Note: Existing e-Checklist submissions and historical data are not affected by this update. Only the location where the submission title is entered has changed for multiple-submission e-Checklists.
