To create a Single Selection Question Type or a Multiple Selection Question Type with pictures:

Select Single Selection or Multiple Selection from the Drop Down Question Type

Enter your question text

Enable Image Selection from the attributes table

Upload your image answer options

Add more answers by hovering over one and selecting the Plus

Select the correct answer

Scoring

Question Scoring gives the ability to choose the Score Weight of the question

Option Scoring gives the ability to choose the Score Weight of each answer

Click on Preview to review your question

Click on Save to save and create your question
