Type your question text

Select Text Input from the Drop Down Question Type

Select if the answer needs to have a Long Text Box or Short Text Box

Long Text Box provides a maximum of 4000 characters

Short Text Box provides a maximum of 100 characters

Select your preferred Attributes

Click on Preview to review your question

Click on Save to save and create your question
